Wilmot Wrestles Past Central

The Wilmot wrestling team traveled out to Central for a makeup dual meet with Central on Tuesday night.

The Falcons got out to an early lead after star wrestlers Jacob Seward (182) and Bryce Sekey (195) bumped up in weight class and earned pins. But Wilmot had too much experience for the young Falcon team and went on to win the next ten matches for a final score of 60-12.

Central’s Jacob Seward (top) wins the 182 pound match by fall on Tuesday night. Seward is 28-5 on the season, and Coach Ladd says that all of his off-season work is paying big dividends for him.
