Enright Leads Falcons in Last Second Comeback

Player and Coach Interviews

It didn’t look good when Central fell behind Waukesha North 21-10 with about seven minutes remaining in the 4th quarter.

Then Falcon LB/RB Keaton Enright (#40) broke several tackles and dragged two Waukesha North defenders into the end zone on a 23-yard touchdown run to make the score 21-18, after he caught the 2-pt conversion. The defense then needed a quick 3-and-out, and they got it. Central got the ball back with about 3 minutes remaining and junior quarterback Brock Koeppel (#1) drove the Falcons down field quickly including a 22-yard keeper on 3rd-and-11, and hitting Nick Argersinger (#10) at the 4-yard line with a sideline tip-toe catch on 4th -and-6. Enright then plowed up the middle to score the winning touchdown with 18 seconds remaining.

The Falcons won the game 24-21.

The Falcons will host Oregon this Friday at 7pm at Westosha High School..
