Panther Wrestling Club Registration Still Open

Here is the biggest value in the county.

Registration is still open.

Only $50 registration, for practices Tues/Wed/Thurs from November through March.  This practice room is loaded with military veterans, law enforcement officers, state champions, and new this year, female coach and state champion, Mackenzie Stiller.

Riverview 4th grader, Hunter Thiemann, wins a match at Rumble Under The Lights.

Led by Air Force veteran, and head coach, CJ Vroman, your child will learn discipline, respect, toughness, confidence, and how to work through pain and discomfort.  Coach Vroman is a servant, and doesn’t take a penny of the registration money= he simply uses it to pay for rooms for his unpaid assistant coaches at weekend tournaments.

State champion and 7th grader, Joel Sullivan, sets up to turn his opponent onto his back.

This is not a baby-sitting service.  Your child must want to attend practice. If they have the desire to put in the work, then they will have one of the greatest experiences of their life here.  They will be more prepared to face adversity, and have success in school and in their adult careers.  This is a top-flight coaching staff, and a room with several state champions, that could easily charge over $250, like the Kenosha and Libertyville clubs in the area.  If your child is a beginner, and wants to practice only on the designated beginner nights (Mon/Wed), then your child is on the team for FREE.  (USA Wrestling card is $50 if he/she wants to compete in weekend tournaments)

Head coach, and Air Force Veteran, CJ Vroman, (bottom) competes in the men’s class at Rumble Under The Lights.

Women’s wrestling is experiencing exponential growth.  Since 1994, the number of women who wrestle in high school has grown from 804 to 16,562 (as of 2018).  Wilmot HS state champion, Mackenzie Stiller will be joining the staff as an assistant this year to specialize with the girls.  Valerie DeFilippo is a 9-year-old state qualifier at 55 lbs.  Spread the word to the girls, as they will learn all the values and toughness as the boys.  More and more colleges are adding women’s wrestling programs.

This is a great and respectful coaching staff.  I know, from experience.  And I am very appreciative to have my 8-year-old daughter in this program.
