Falcons Fly Down Main Street in Win Over #5 Milton

When you’ve got one of the most skilled lineups in the state, there is no reason to turn a real basketball game into a 3-point shooting contest, even if we are in the Steph Curry era.

Unlike their game in Pewaukee, Coach James Hyllberg made it his plan to go back the the Allen Iverson era, and had his whole team attacking the rim versus the #5 ranked team in Division 2 state rankings.

The plan worked beautifully for Central in a highlight-reel loaded 64-51 victory over Milton on Wednesday night in Paddock Lake.

Central scoring =

  • Jack Rose 28 pts
  • Kenny Garth 15 pts
  • Devin Griffin 9 pts
  • Wyatt Anderson 7pts
  • Michael Mulhollon 4 pts
  • Ian Witt 1 pt

Can’t help but wonder what a (3/18 or 3/19) re-match with Pewaukee would look like with this new game-plan.
