Jr Panthers in Football Playoffs

The Western Kenosha County Jr Panthers (formerly Bulldogs) are sending 3 teams into the the TCYFL playoffs. The JV (4-4) and Varsity (5-4) will both play at Lane Tech in Chicago, this Saturday, at 10am and 11:30am, respectively. The Featherweights (7-2) have earned a bye, and will play the following week.

AJ Body (#99) stuffs an Antioch RB in the backfield.

Head Coach, Mike Gentile, said the defense is anchored by Anthony Corona, AJ Body, and lockdown cornerback Ayden Stowell.

Jorden Camp (#29) ditches a would-be Antioch tackler for a big gain up the sidelines.

Anthony Hall (#15) uses a stiff-arm to separate from an Antioch defender.

The offense has been improving each week, and Gentile credits having former Wisconsin Badger OL standout Brian Jansen on the staff. He is very impressed with the development of first year player Ryan Worklan at right guard.

Lane Tech Stadium is on Addison Street, just few blocks west of Wrigley Field.
