The WKC Jr Panther varsity (8th grade) football team is off to a 4-0 start this season. The team is led by legendary coach, Mike Gentile , who has been with the program since 2004.
The Jr Panthers play in The Chicagoland Youth Football League (TCYFL). Here are the standings for the Varsity division:

Kade Frisby (#10) warms up with starting center, Isaac Blount (#27), before their 22-14 win over Zion last Sunday. Frisby, a standout wide receiver, filled in for starting QB Johnny Weber in the victory.

Undefeated, and controlling the line of scrimmage (L-R): James Urban (#53), Landon Zelms (#23), Kyle Jastrab (#69), Bradley Hackett (#54), Samuel Makris (#78), Isaac Blount (#27), and Tyler Lagowski (#70) do the dirty work on this 4-0 varsity squad.

Jr Panther QB, Kade Frisby (#10), settles in behind his O-line of (L-R): Samuel Makris (#78), Tyler Lagowski (#70), Isaac Blount (#27), Gage Stowell (#24), and Bradley Hackett (#54). These guys are a big reason the offense is averaging 30 points per game.
Tyler Bell (#81) leaps up to defend this pass intended for the Zion receiver. Coach Gentile had high praise for the secondary play of Bell, Stowell, and Avery.
