Practice at Wilmot Raceway This Saturday

”  I know it’s important, I do. I honestly do… But we’re talking about practice man. What are we talking about? Practice? We’re talking about practice, man. [laughter from the media crowd]  We ain’t talking about the game. [more laughter] We’re talking about practice, man……  It’s strange to me too, but we’re talking about practice man, we’re not even talking about the game… the actual game, when it matters… We’re talking about practice.” — Allen Iverson 2002

Wilmot Raceway has just announced it’s plan to host a practice and safety tech this Saturday, May 23rd.

For many racers, this will be the most gratifying practice ever. The roaring sound this Saturday night will be music to the ears, even for those who find the sound of race cars annoying. It will be the sound of summer life coming back in Kenosha County.

The first race night is tentatively set for June 6th.
